The Account Page
The Account page is where you manage your profile, your plan, your team, and the licenses and resources available to you. Open it from the profile menu (your avatar in the top-right) and click Account.
The Profile Menu
Your avatar in the top-right opens the profile menu:
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Profile switcher | Switch between your Personal profile and any Team profiles you belong to |
| Account | Open the Account page (this page) |
| Guided Tour | Replay the in-app walkthrough of Vū Studio |
| Help | Open help and support resources |
| Feedback | Send feedback to the Vū team |
| Fullscreen | Toggle fullscreen mode |
| Settings | Open the Settings page for the connected Vū Media Server |
| Terms of Service / Privacy Policy | Open the legal pages |
| Log Out | Sign out of Vū Studio |
Your Profile
At the top of the page you'll see your name, email, and avatar. Click Edit to update your name or profile image. The Profile selector on the right switches between your Personal profile and any Team profiles — your resources, libraries, and players change to match the active profile.
Plan & Resources
This section shows your current plan and everything it includes:
| Item | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Team Plan | Your current plan (for example, Studio Pro). Click Manage to view or change your subscription. |
| Seats | Team seats used out of your total (for example, 50 / 60). New invites use a seat. |
| Storage | Storage used out of your total. |
| AI Tokens | Your current token balance. Click Buy More to purchase additional tokens. |
| Web Player Licenses | Licenses used out of your total. Click Open Vū Web Player to launch a browser-based player. |
| Media Server Licenses | Licenses used out of your total. Click Download Vū Media Server to install the software on a Windows machine. |
| SceneForge Licenses | Licenses used out of your total. Click Download SceneForge to install the SceneForge desktop app. |
For details on plans, billing, and how each license type works, see Plans & Billing →.
Team Settings
Team Settings appears only for team admins, and changes apply to the whole team.
Auto sign-out on browser close — when enabled, team members are signed out whenever they close their browser. Browsers set to restore sessions on startup may bypass this, and if a user belongs to multiple teams, the setting applies if any of their teams has it enabled. This is useful for shared or kiosk machines.
Team Members
Admins see every member of the team in a table, with each member's storage, AI tokens, Media Servers, SceneForge, and Web Player usage. From here an admin can:
- Invite Users — invite a new member by email (available when seats remain)
- Allocate storage or AI tokens to an individual member
- Assign or remove a member's Media Server or SceneForge license
- Change a member's role (Admin or Member) or set them as owner
- Remove a member from the team
See Setting Up a Team → for roles and the full invite flow.
Pending Invites
Invitations that haven't been accepted yet are listed here with their email, role, status, and the date sent. Admins can resend or cancel a pending invite.
Integrations
Connect cloud storage and content services — Frame.io, Google Drive (Beta), OneDrive (Beta), and Shutterstock — so you can browse and play assets directly from your existing libraries. See Cloud Integrations → for the full guide.
Admin Options
Admin Options appears only for admins.
Show Custom In Remote — toggles whether custom and admin-only controls appear in the Remote. Turn it off to hide those controls for a simpler operator view.
