Plans & Billing
Vū Studio offers Personal and Team subscription plans, as well as separate licenses for hardware (Vū Media Server software) and additional features.
Subscription Plans
Visit one.vu.studio , open the profile menu, and click Account. On your plan card, click Manage to see current plan details and pricing. Plans include:
- Personal — for individual creators and operators
- Team — shared storage, tokens, and collaboration features for multiple users
Specific pricing and feature limits are shown in the app and subject to change — check the plan details on the Account page for current details.
Switching Plans
To upgrade or change your plan:
- Open the profile menu → Account, and click Manage on your plan card
- Select the plan you want
- Complete checkout via Stripe
Upgrades take effect immediately. Your card is charged at the new rate from the next billing cycle.
Managing Billing
Access your billing portal (powered by Stripe) from the Account page — click Manage on your plan card. From there you can:
- View invoices and payment history
- Update your payment method
- Cancel or pause your subscription
Licenses
Some features require separate licenses:

| SceneForge license | Each installation of SceneForge desktop app |
| Web player license | Each browser-based web player |
View and manage your licenses on the Account page, where each license type (Web Player, Vū Media Server, SceneForge) appears with its current usage. See The Account Page →.
Team Billing
Team plans bill for the team as a whole. The team admin manages the subscription and billing. Members don't have individual billing — they share the team's resources.
After upgrading to a Team plan, switch to the Team profile to access team resources. See Setting Up a Team →.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
