Vū Media Server on macOS (Beta)

The Vū Media Server is now available as a public Beta on macOS, letting you run the media server on Mac hardware in addition to the existing supported platforms.

Beta: Features and stability on macOS are still being refined. We welcome your feedback.

Downloading

Download the macOS Beta build of the Vū Media Server from your account, then open the downloaded file to begin installation.

Running the Media Server

Launch the Vū Media Server on your Mac and sign in with your Vū Studio account. Once running, it connects to Vū Studio the same way as on other platforms, so you can cast content and manage playback as usual.

Known Limitations

As a Beta, some capabilities may not yet be fully available on macOS. If you run into an issue, send us feedback so we can address it in a future update.
