Vū Studio Release — February 25, 2025

We have been hard at work on exciting changes to Vū Studio and SceneForge and those updates are headed your way!

The upcoming planned maintenance window is scheduled for the morning of February 25, 2025.

Improvements and New Features​

  • VU-553 RED Camera Control to control camera settings within Vū Studio
  • VU-764 Show assets on inactive displays in scene remote
  • VU-778 Add send logs button to settings page so users can easily send logs to R&D
  • VU-788 Allow the Vu AI sidebar to remember size between sessions
  • VU-798 Redesigned conversation screen in Vu AI
  • VU-368 Added the ability to use a remote clicker to advance slides and play/pause videos
  • VU-626 Added ability to edit tags of assets in the Library
  • VU-759 Added ability to control next/back from OSC controls mappable within the operator menu
  • VU-821 PIP/Multi-Layer functionality added to allow multiple images, videos, web sources, etc. on single display
  • VU-864 Adjust mouse sensitivity in SceneForge
  • VU-897 Allow users to batch add new layers with multiselect

  • VU-405 Multi Display functionality enhanced for large display setups
  • VU-442 Tap to play doesn't work on Android Kiosk Tablet
  • VU-559 Wall ID may change after Windows Updates
  • VU-667 Attributes not saving from presentation mode
  • VU-712 Renaming assets doesn't work in some shared sub folders
  • VU-728 Cannot move sub folder back to the top level of Library
  • VU-742 Floor Plan Height Slider Doesn't Match Actual Height
  • VU-789 Can't close popup menu or deselect assets on iPhone
  • VU-812 360 mode flipped horizontally in some cases
  • VU-825 SceneForge License Distribution limit error
  • VU-835 Items in folder count do not update when moving a folder into it
  • VU-855 Paused video does not stay paused when moving the playhead manually
