Vū Studio Release — December 20, 2024

We have been hard at work on exciting changes to Vū Studio and SceneForge and those updates are headed your way!

The upcoming planned maintenance window is scheduled for the morning of December 20, 2024.

Media Server Update Required

You MUST update your Vū Media Server in order to continue using the system with the new version of the site. You will not be able to connect to your Vū system until the media server software is updated.

  • VU-642 Connection Issues: Datachannel closed in some environments
  • VU-648 Video scrubbing/timestamp doesn't work when not connected to a media server

  • VU-666 Fix issue where YouTube videos are not always looping properly
  • VU-668 Transform in Preview does not match OS display
  • VU-672 Image on screen sometimes zooms in abruptly just before switching to a new image
  • VU-677 Better manage OS device sleep to prevent connection issues
  • VU-685 Screen share interrupted and disconnected when another user connects to the same media server
