LED Module RMA Process

If you have a defective LED module that needs replacement, use the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process to request a replacement unit.

Before Submitting an RMA

  1. Confirm the issue — verify the module is actually defective and the problem isn't a loose cable, power supply, or configuration issue. See LED Panel Anatomy → for common symptoms and causes.
  2. Document the problem — take a photo or video of the defect clearly visible on the wall.
  3. Note the module location — identify which cabinet and position the defective module is in.

Submitting an RMA Request

Complete the LED Module RMA Form on the support site.

You'll need to provide:

  • Your contact information and installation address
  • A description of the defect
  • Photo or video documentation
  • Module/cabinet serial numbers if available

What Happens Next

  1. The support team reviews your submission and confirms the defect
  2. A replacement module is shipped to you
  3. You install the replacement and return the defective unit in the provided packaging
  4. Shipping labels for the return are included with the replacement
