LED Module RMA Process
If you have a defective LED module that needs replacement, use the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process to request a replacement unit.
Before Submitting an RMA
- Confirm the issue — verify the module is actually defective and the problem isn't a loose cable, power supply, or configuration issue. See LED Panel Anatomy → for common symptoms and causes.
- Document the problem — take a photo or video of the defect clearly visible on the wall.
- Note the module location — identify which cabinet and position the defective module is in.
