Sending Diagnostic Logs
When contacting support about a technical issue, sending your system logs helps the team diagnose problems much faster.
From Vū Studio:
- Go to Settings in Vū Studio
- Click Send Logs
- Logs are automatically packaged and sent to the support team
From the Windows machine (Operator Menu):
- Press
F12on a keyboard connected to the media server - The Operator Menu opens on the display
- Select Send Logs
Include your Wall ID and a description of the issue in your support ticket or email to help the team locate your logs quickly.
