Sending Diagnostic Logs

When contacting support about a technical issue, sending your system logs helps the team diagnose problems much faster.

From Vū Studio:

  1. Go to Settings in Vū Studio
  2. Click Send Logs
  3. Logs are automatically packaged and sent to the support team

From the Windows machine (Operator Menu):

  1. Press F12 on a keyboard connected to the media server
  2. The Operator Menu opens on the display
  3. Select Send Logs

Include your Wall ID and a description of the issue in your support ticket or email to help the team locate your logs quickly.
